Packaging & Serving

Raw orders will be sent out frozen and tightly packed in a 1.5-inch-thick cooler. Once you receive your order, freeze any items you don't plan to use immediately.

If any of your products arrive thawed or starting to defrost, this is perfectly fine and safe! You do not need to worry or panic. It is perfectly safe to thaw and re-freeze pet food.

When you are ready to feed your pup, pull the package out of the freezer 24 hours before, thaw it, and then serve!

Shipping Schedule

We ship our fresh, frozen dog food on Mondays via UPS or FedEx. 

Raw orders must be placed before 10:00 am. (EST) on Monday to be shipped on the same Monday. 

Any raw orders received after 10 am (EST) on a Monday will ship the following Monday.
