Returns + Exchanges
At the latest you should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of mailing your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund/exchange sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING TO APO/FPO
Don't worry. We ship to APO/FPO addresses all the time. On the checkout page make sure to put "APO/FPO" in the City field, "AA/AE" in the State field, and "United States" in the Country field. We know your package is going outside the USA. But you have to put "USA" as the country anyway.
Transport times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas may experience longer arrival intervals due to logistical constraints.
- Express Mail (7 days from the mailing date)
- Priority Mail (21 days from the mailing date)
- Surface Mail/SAM (45 days from the mailing date)
ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS
If an order contains items in pre-order status, the order will not be split into separate shipments. Shipping will wait until the pre-ordered item is in stock and then all items will be shipped together.
You are allowed to return new and unused clothing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item/the wrong size.) If the item has a defect, just send a picture of the defect and an explanation to email@example.com. If you are needing to return Team Dog Food, you can send the un-opened bag to the address below for a full refund. Return labels will not be issued. If your bag is opened, MRCo. will elect to send 2 shirts as a replacement for the bag. The cost of the 2 shirts plus the original cost of shipping equals the cost of the non-returnable bag.

Please include the original invoice if you have it. If you do not have it just include your order number in the package and make a note of what size you'd like instead or that its a return.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (An average order takes 1-3 business days to process and 2-5 to ship domestically)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

In the event an order does not reach a customer due to the customer inputting the wrong destination address, Mike Ritland Co. is not responsible for refunding the customer's money. If the order is returned to sender and Mike Ritland Co. receives the order back, then Mike Ritland Co. will refund the customer for the products only. Shipping costs will not be refunded as it was the customers error.
