Return Policy
Customers may return bags at their own shipping expense for a refund. If the item arrives unused and undamaged, a $10 restocking fee applies.

Include the original invoice if available, or your order number in the package.
Refunds should arrive within 4 weeks of mailing the return, but may be processed sooner. This includes transit time (5-10 business days), processing time (3-5 business days), and bank processing time (5-10 business days).
Contact us with your order number and product details for assistance returning items.
SHIPPING TO APO/FPO
Don't worry. We ship to APO/FPO addresses all the time. On the checkout page make sure to put "APO/FPO" in the City field, "AA/AE" in the State field, and "United States" in the Country field. We know your package is going outside the USA. But you have to put "USA" as the country anyway.
Transport times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas may experience longer arrival intervals due to logistical constraints.
- Express Mail (7 days from the mailing date)

- Surface Mail/SAM (45 days from the mailing date)
ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS
If an order contains items in pre-order status, the order will not be split into separate shipments. Shipping will wait until the pre-ordered item is in stock and then all items will be shipped together.
SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (An average order takes 1-3 business days to process and 2-5 to ship domestically)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Team Dog Virtual, LLC is not responsible for import taxes, customs duties nor VAT for purchases placed outside the United States and her territories.
CUSTOMERS ERRORS
In the event an order does not reach a customer due to the customer inputting the wrong destination address, Team Dog Virtual, LLC is not responsible for refunding the customer's money. If the order is returned to sender and Team Dog Virtual, LLC receives the order back, then Team Dog Virtual, LLC will refund the customer for the products only. Shipping costs will not be refunded as it was the customers' error.
